The Sun Java Composite Application Platform Suite (Java CAPS) Solutions course presents Sun SeeBeyond eGate Integrator (eGate) 5.1 and Sun SeeBeyond eInsight Business Process Manager (eInsight) 5.1 to those new to the product, as well as to developers who have previous experience with Datagate or previous eGate versions. This course is not a migration or upgrade course. It is designed for a technical audience and is a prerequisite for Sun Java Composite Application Platform Suite Development (SB-CAP-0570). Completion of this course is a prerequisite for the Sun Certified Developer for Java CAPS (SBX-500) exam.

Engineers and developers desiring a presentation of eGate and introduction to eInsight functionality may wish to take this course and Sun Java Composite Application Platform Suite Development (SB-CAP-0570) in lieu of Foundations of Sun Java Composite Application Platform Suite I (SB-CAP-0501) and Foundations of Sun Java Composite Application Platform Suite II (SB-CAP-0502).
