Sun StorageTek Operations Manager Administration (STK-2742)

The Sun StorageTek Operations Manager Administration course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to monitor and manage SAN environments using Operations Manager. In a combination of lecture and hands-on exercises, students navigate the user interface to perform discovery and synchronization of SAN assets including hosts, storage arrays, NAS devices, fabric switches, SRM file servers, and applications. Once these elements are discovered, students use the graphical user interface to monitor and manage them. This course also includes best practices for backup and administration of the management server.
