GlassFish Application Server: Administration Bundle (WMTB-SAS-1600)

GlassFish Application Server: Administration Bundle (WMTB-SAS-1600)

Application Server is a platform that supports services from web publishing to enterprise-scale transaction processing. This platform also enables developers to deploy and manage applications based on JavaServer Pages (JSP), servlets, and Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) technology. The GlassFish Application Server: Administration course course covers the Developer, Cluster, and Enterprise profiles. Students learn to install and set up different profiles. They also learn to configure, administer, and use Admin Console for various features of the Application Server. This course covers the concepts, such as installation, upgrade, migration, and configuration. This course does not cover Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE) development concepts or Java enterprise system installation and configuration. These topics are covered in other Sun courses. The hands-on labs offered in this course are downloadable labs. Students can download the lab files and the student work book on to their systems and complete the exercises.
