Sun[tm] Web Learning Center Policies

1. About our courses:
   Courses on the Sun[tm] Web Learning Center are offered for various subscription durations. The button next to the course listing in this catalog indicates the duration for which the course is available. You may also review the course description to determine the subscription duration. The subscription begins as soon as you register for the course.




2. About our bundles:
   A bundle is a collection of courses. Bundles are offered for different subscription durations. The button next to the bundle listing in this catalog indicates the duration(s) for which the bundle is available. You may also review the description of the bundle to determine the subscription duration. The subscription for all courses in the bundle begins as soon as you register for the bundle.




3. Course cancellations:
   

   • CORPORATE ENGAGEMENTS
     The Sun Web Learning Center course(s) may not be canceled or refunded.

   • INDIVIDUAL CONSUMERS
     The Sun Web Learning Center course(s) may be canceled and fully refunded if Sun is notified within 10 days, or if no more than 10% of the course has been completed, whichever comes first. Refunds are handled through local country Registrar Offices. 4. Course extensions:
   A Sun Web Learning Center course is purchased for a specific subscription time, and there will be no course extensions. If students wish to view the course content after their subscription ends, they must register again for the course.




5. Course transfers:
   

   • CORPORATE ENGAGEMENTS
     Sun Web Learning Center course(s) may be transferred to another user within the same company if Sun is notified within 50% of the time allotted for the course, or if no more than 50% of the course has been completed, whichever comes first. After 50% of the course time or course completion, no course transfers will be allowed.

   • INDIVIDUAL CONSUMERS
     The Sun Web Learning Center course(s) may not be transferred to another user.
