The following guidelines identify the key steps involved to quickly establish or use an enterprise account under the Sun Learning Connection. Your Sun representative will be pleased to assist you in the process.

Create Corporate Master Account for Organization or Team
After your company establishes an account, you will be able to create your unique profile associated with the company ID, to start your personal training plan.
- If you are not that person, identify the prime within your company who manages your Sun training account
- You may contact us at slc_corporate_account@sun.com and we will:
- let you know if your company already has a corporate learning account, and who to contact within your company to get the required information for Part 2 below
- notify the Sun representative for your company or region, to contact your company and send you a confirming email that contact will be made
- Your company prime will work with your Sun sales representative to decide what content (eLibraries, online reference books) is required for training needs, and for how many users
- An account will be set up for your company and we will send a Welcome to The Sun Learning Connection email message to your company prime.
- Welcome Email will show a Sun Learning Connection Company Name and Company ID
- Your company prime should forward the Welcome Email to appropriate employees
- The Welcome Email may take from a few days to a few weeks depending on the purchasing process. Until then are invited to login to the Sun Learning Connection as guest to review our sample courses. » Guest login

Set-up Personal Learning Account Under Corporate Master Account
After you have received your company's Welcome Email.
- First review the Sun Learning Connection New User Registration Guide (PDF/9 Pages) for step by step details of the registration process
- Then click on the Sun Learning Connection link in the Welcome Email to reach the Login / Registration page. Remember:
- If you have an existing personal Sun account: Login, then you will be asked to update your profile with the Company Name and Company ID provided in Welcome Email
- If you have no personal Sun account: Register, to create a new personal profile. Include Company Name and Company ID shown in Welcome email
- After registration or update, users may access their personal learning account anytime to take training, using their personal Sun Account username and password
