Please follow these steps to register and gain access to the Sun Learning Connection:

1. To access the Sun Learning Connection, visit the following URL: http://learningconnection.sun.com/ which displays the Sun Learning Connection Login page.
2. Click System and Browser Requirements to review the system requirements and ensure that your system is properly configured to use the Sun Learning Connection.
3. When you are satisfied that your system meets the Sun Learning Connection system requirements, click Register to create a new learner profile. You will only have to register the first time that you enter the Sun Learning Connection.
4. Please fill in all required information. Review the following important information before filling out the registration form:
   • Your user name must be 6-80 characters long and contain only the following valid characters: 0-9, a-z, A-Z, @, - and . (period)
   • In the field labeled Company Name, please enter the following code: Solaris Service Plan.
   • In the field labeled Company ID, please enter the following code: CUS-0000102944.
   • You will not be able to register unless you enter the above information exactly as shown. Please type in this information. Do not cut and paste it.
   • Please enter a Password. Passwords must contain at least six characters and at least one of the characters must be a number. Passwords are case sensitive-that is, asgiej3 will not work if your password is AsGiEj3.
   • Please enter your Service Plan Number in the Department field. If you do not enter your Service Plan number, your user account will be deactivated.
5. Read the privacy and citizenship policies, and agree to or decline these terms.
6. After you have filled out all of the required information, press Submit. Once your registration is successful, you will automatically be logged into the system unless you have a popup blocker enabled.
7. When you return to the Sun Learning Connection in the future, you will need to enter the User Name and Password that you have created and click the Login button.
8. After you have logged in successfully, the Sun Learning Connection News page appears.
9. To enroll in a course, please click the Courses button and view the courses available to you by selecting Course Catalog from the dropdown list located on the right side of the My Courses page. To view a description of the course, please click Description. To enroll into the course, please click the title of the course that you would like to access.
10. To view your list of enrolled courses, please select Current Courses from the dropdown list. To access a course and view the course details, click on the course title. From the Course Details page, you can launch any of the course modules that are listed. You may need to wait a few moments as the course loads. Please do not close or resize the launched course window until the course has finished loading.
