New Users

  1. Register as a new user on Sun Learning Connection.
  2. Please fill in all required information. IMPORTANT: Review the following important information before filling out these fields in the registration form:
    • User Name: Must be 6-80 characters long and contain only the following valid characters: 0-9, a-z, A-Z, @, - and . (period)
    • Company Name: You must enter the following code: SunSpectrum
    • Company ID: You must enter the following code: CUS-0000102942
    • Password: Passwords must contain at least six characters and at least one of the characters must be a number. Passwords are case sensitive-that is, asgiej3 will not work if your password is AsGiEj3.
    • Contract Number: Please enter your SunSpectrum Contract Number in the field. If you do not enter your SunSpectrum Contract Number, your user account will be deactivated.
    NOTE: You will not be able to register unless you enter the above information exactly as shown. Please type in this information. Do not cut and paste it.
  3. Read the privacy and citizenship policies, and agree to or decline these terms and select Submit.
  4. Once your registration is successful, you will automatically be logged into the system unless you have a popup blocker enabled.
  5. Click on Courses button and then select Course Catalog from the drop down list. Click on the course title that you would like to enroll in.

Returning Users

  1. Go to http://sunlearningconnection.skillport.com/
  2. Enter the User Name and Password that you have created and click the Login button.
  3. Click on Courses button and then select Course Catalog from the dropdown list. Click on the course title that you would like to enroll in.

If you encounter any problems or have any questions, you may select the following options from the Sun Learning Connection page:

  • View the System and Browser Requirements to review the system requirements and ensure that your system is properly configured to use the Sun Learning Connection.
  • Select Contact Us and follow the process to contact the Sun Learning Connection support team.
