E04 Contextual Contact
DefinitionAllows users to establish contact with the appropriate Sun department based on what content they're looking at when they initiate the contact. UsageMay be present on every page in the site except Gateways, Homepages and Popup Windows. This is an update of the previous component which contained only "Contact Me". It now has up to three contact options that may be listed. A "Contact Me" for when the user wished to contact or be contacted by Sun, a phone number, and/or a Chat Now link. Note: The order, wording and number of the items in the box can be different than what is shown here. The wording should not cause the line of text to wrap.

(U.S. and Canada only) This variation is used when the contact needs more attention on the page. Perfect for pages that are meant to generate leads for special offers. If all the links and phone numbers apply worldwide, then the H6 titles (U.S and Canada, and Worldwide) can be removed. If any of the info is specific to another region the H6 title may be edit as needed to indicate that. Since this variation indicates that personal help is available it should include at least a "Chat Now", "Call Me Now", or phone number. If your contact is only an email form labeled "Contact Me" or "Email Now" variation 0 should be used instead. If needed a k02v1 component may be used with this component. To impliment this the k2 classes should be attached to one of the link, however the link should still take a non-javascript user to a meaningful page.
